“You do have to check in online ever since after COVID. It actually makes it easier since you fill everything out before hand in the comfort of your home. Remember THEY DO NOT MAKE THE RULES. Be kind to health care workers. Love the staff and the PA!“

“I found this urgent care a few years back when my husband had a work injury. I was amazed at how kind the staff was, how attentive Doc. Nwafor was and just the overall experience. Since then, he has treated my husband for covid, helped me through an animal bite and just recently strep throat. I feel well taken care of every time I visit and they actually care about YOU! The wait times are so much shorter then everywhere else in the area and their cash prices are affordable. Defiantly give them a try!“

“I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Dr. Umar Saeed is my primary care provider. There are times when the wait time can get excessive. But here's the honest deal. When it's your turn to see the doctor he is thorough and takes the time to actually Listen to you. In my honest opinion I would rather wait that extra time and be heard than be rushed through and processed like cattle. This is Aldo an urgent care facility. So sometimes that wait is because someone sicker without an appointment had to jump in. No worries. Bring a book, sit back with a cup of coffee from the waiting room and be patient. It's worth the wait . I've seen a couple of the doctors here and it's the same thorough care from each of them. Let's not forget the support staff and nurses. NO COMPLAINTS. They are all kind and compassionate.“

“I went to Med Express to be seen quickly since I had a gaping cut over my left eye that was bleeding profusely. My experience at hospital ER’s is much slower unless you are having a stroke or heart attack. The hospital triage system can have one waiting 5 hours, which I have experienced. Dr. Fontenote and her staff got me right in and did double layer stitches because of the depth of the wound. I was then taken to X-ray for what turned out to be a fractured left elbow. Once the imaging was completed and read, my elbow was splinted and put in a sling. I was then given after care instructions and referrals to multiple orthopaedic surgeons. All of this was done in less than two hours. Thanks for the quality and efficiency of your care and service. I highly recommend Med Express for these type injuries but also for illnesses that can’t wait for an appointment a week or more out.“
