If what you want is to go to the Ulta store and feel relaxed while looking for what you need!? I do not recommend going to this store... I was in the perfume area to buy two perfumes (obviously not the same) and when I decided on a perfume, the person who attended me told me that they did not have the size I wanted, ok I agreed to buy the perfume in the size that was available, then I told him what perfume I wanted, he told me that there was none on the counter that he would go check the store, he came back and told me that there was no more perfume like that, ok I chose another perfume and I had to go to the warehouse to see if there was the size that I was asking for...read full review

Worst customer service ever! The manager or so called wasn't even going to stop till I absolutely flagged her down. She had no idea what she had in stock. Being a platinum member...she lost a loyal customer at this location. I would appreciate a general manager to reply.

Every time I go to this Ulta, they always profile me as if I'm going to steal and no I'm not a POC, so it isn't a racial thing. I typically don't go wearing makeup, so I don't know if that's why. If you have any kind of small bag they will follow you around and ask if you want a basket. This has happened with and without a friend of mine who is a POC. When I wanted to get my birthday gift, I presented the email from their company and they kept asking about a phone number on the account. You can make an account without a phone number and just an email, so after being continuously asked, I was like "Can you just scan the barcodes it tells you what to do", if they wanted...read full review
