If incompetence were a company this is it. I have encountered companies which were dishonest before but reading some of these comments has affirmed that Servpro does practice doing mediocre work ,using workers who have only a faint idea of home repair work. For me they have done work that is next to DIY quality and it stems from the quality of supposed skilled workers they use. They at times take up big jobs and use one to few workers/low quality sub-contractors spread thinly to complete these jobs which turn out to be poorly done, hence the complaints. I would that potential customers look carefully at the track record of this company and the reviews because integrity does not appear to be highly valued nor will they adjust their practice in light of numerous complaints. Any company that consistently uses cheap labor ,deceptive practices and has no issues with knowingly collecting on careless and improper work in my book need to be held accountable and prevented from practicing business until they have adequately shown they have become customer -centered.

I used Servpro for water damage mitigation and reconstruction, I had to chase these guys to complete the job, their workers were slow and they used to come for a few hours and then leave for another job. After I got on their manager they started showing some carelessness and completed the job (I had to keep reminding them to do the little stuff). During the time they were working I was very nice I even fed their employees almost everyday. My mortgage company is unfortunately slow I was working with both companies to get things in order and get ServPro paid, however that did not happen because mortgage companies ask for too many documentation and they had to send inspection and they took a while to release the fund. During the time dealing with the mortgage company I was updating ServPro with every step and every update I get just so we are all on the same page. I told them the fund is released and it's coming they did not believe me and they threatened to put my property on lien. First, yes I agree with y'all the payment took a while but I'm not the one to be punished for this I am until this moment still doing my part. Second if I did not build trust by treating your staff nicely and feeding them everyday and giving you updates on regular basis then I don't know what else can be done. I don't tolerate this unprofessional behavior from a company known for their professionalism.
