I have been a loyal customer of Nails Concepts for the past six years and have consistently received excellent service from Tracy and Kay. However, I have noticed that Tracy sometimes double-books appointments, which can lead to rushed services and less attention to detail.I hope in the future they give us enough time for each appointment so we can get the same results and not feel rushed.

I had one of the very best leg and foot massage that I have ever had. I have had 5 surgeries on my ankle and I didn't have to tell the pedi specialist! I will definitely be back!!

Love coming here to get my nails and pedicure done. Kim is always so sweet and professional. She is an amazing technician. She is always booked up fast so I get in whenever she has a free spot or I’ll wait. She is precise and careful with the drill and takes extra care she does not nick you. The pedicures are amazing and I have to fight my sleep in her chair lol
