Everytime I come to get a service done. Everyone is so welcoming. They take their time to make sure you are happy with your service. I highly recommend Nail Concepts. Ask for Jen and Kim. They are amazing. And the owner Mary is always making sure you are happy before you leave if not she'll make it right.

Update: STILL AMAZING!! GOSH SO BLESSED IN MY CITY!! This goes for not only the customer service and kind women that work at this salon. And I love how gentle they are with my nails and pay attention to detail THANK YOU! I've been to this nail salon a few times and this time I ended up bringing my sister to get her nails or her birthday and I wanted it to be special! The nail salon employees and nail techs made it just that and I was so appreciative and tonight at the end they gave us each Christmas gift and I did see they were giving it to every client that came in. I have been a loyal customer of Nails Concepts for the past six years and have consistently received excellent service from Tracy and Kay. However, I have noticed that Tracy sometimes double-books appointments, which can lead to rushed services and less attention to detail.I hope in the future they give us enough time for each appointment so we can get the same results and not feel rushed.
