We already had scheduled at another clinic for the vaccines. We went to the other clinic and while we were sitting in the parking lot they told us the scheduled us incorrectly and only had my husband and I listed not our kids that we already signed out of school to take care of this. I called Dr. Joy and told her what happened. She and her MA told us not to worry and they will make it happen. They saw us short notice and Dr Joy was so kind and gentle with the kids.
