My family and I have been customers of Krystal Cleaners for a little over 15 years. We have remained customers throughout their seasons of change in ownership, management and staff. Although they haven't always gotten it right, their efforts to swiftly make corrections have been much appreciated and has kept us coming back.Ms. Patricia is the true "Rock Star" at Krystal Cleaners. This is the best dry cleaner in Grand Prairie. I've been a customer for over long time and they do a great job. I've tried others, but none match the quality and service I've received here. I wear clothes to work every day and need reliable, high-quality service. COVID-19 pandemic Krystal Cleaners is always open. Thank you very much for that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
