Excellent service in the most professional manner....from the office to the techs that come out to my home. I’ve been a client for over 17 years since I bought my first house. Called to ask if they would serve my new house in a different city, they mentioned that my new house was out of their service area. However they were able to call me back to let me know that they could come to my new home. I was happy to know that I could keep their service. You will not be disappointed. Great company and more importantly great customer service. Thank you guys for all you do.
Eric Reyes was great. Wanted to let you guys know there was a misunderstanding that he did not do the inside of my house. My roommate was home and I thought he answered the door when Eric arrived, but he did not answer the door. That’s why Eric only did the outside pest service. Management please do not reprimand Eric. Today was our second time with Home Defense and we are very satisfied with the company. Eric Reyes was our technician and he was very easy to communicate with. Originally I needed them to come out at a certain time but I texted Eric last minute and told him he could come out earlier than the scheduled time and he did so with even giving me a 30 min call prior. Definitely would recommend this company and Eric Reyes 1000xs.
