Pauline and Eva did an excellent job on my daughter’s hair today. The day started rough with a previous employee, but Pauline jumped in and saved the day. She was nice, kind, friendly and very helpful. I’ll definitely go back next month to see Pauline and Eva before my daughter head to college.
Requested style: Knotless braids.
Pauline and Vera were amazing. They did a wonderful jobs on my braids, they were quick and the customer service was excellent. They took their time and paid close attention to detail. It was a great experience and I highly recommend. They were also able to get me in last minute. This will be my new braiding salon going forward.
Marcelle was very nice. She’s very sweet and caring. She made sure I was comfortable and didn’t have an issue when I told her the braid didn’t look even, she was as more than willing to fix the flaw I saw. She did the design way better than the design I showed her for the look. I will definitely be back to Beauty Concepts for my next style. Thank you Marcelle! ? The establishment is very clean and spacious.
Requested style: I wanted a halo braid style and she did it effortlessly.
