He did a Great job. It worked Amazingly. Like NoBS. But the only Issue with the IPhone 11 , was A Notification Kept popping up, Saying it wasn’t an Authentic Apple Screen Replacement. Which was Perfectly okay with me. Works Great Tho. So it doesn’t bother Me!!

The guy that runs this place is great. He knows his stuff and repaired my Samsung Galaxy 21Ultra 5G in a few hours. Everything works like brand new. He was the only shop that had this screen in stock, since there's no after market screen yet, they are expensive to inventory.

Gotham was skilled with a variety of reppairs-- both iOS and Android. He also repairs computers. The customer service was excellent. At least three other customers who overlapped with my appointment were repeat customers. That's always a good indication of well-served customers. If I ever have the misfortune of cracking another phone screen, I would go back. The only somewhat bad part was that the customer waiting area was next to the windows, so the sun was very warm and bright on my back and head. I also felt like the wait was longer than expected. However, as promised, the repair to my device was less than 1 hour, and the cost was exactly as promised. All around... read full review
