I just moved to Texas Sunday. I’m very picky because I am a nail tech myself as well as an instructor so when I see a salon follow state board guidelines it truly impresses me. These ladies went over the top for us and then because I just moved my card got a fraud alert. I had so many issues but they were so very patient with me. We adore the elegant service that we received. Prices are fair. I’m very appreciative. Thank you so very much. We will see you in two more weeks. You made my daughter and I day! I went the day after Christmas and they weren't very busy. Waited about 15 minutes to be seen, which wasn't bad. There isn't a designated greeter who helps ppl understand where everything is and what services are available. There also wasn't any information on the desk to explain things. Nail techs seem to take their time with clients. The pedicure chairs seem kind of high tech, but the quality of the massage is subpar. The water in the pedicure bowls gets cold very quickly. The "hot towels," oil, and "hot stones" are also lukewarm so it wasn't very relaxing. They don't play any kind of music so the atmosphere isn't very inviting. Micah did this dip powder set on me & I was so impressed with her service as a first time client! I showed her a reference picture of what I wanted and she actually analyzed it unlike most nail techs who take one look & never ask to see it again. I showed her a picture of a dress I wanted the french tips to match and she took the time to swatch 3 different colors for me!! She absolutely did not cut any corners because the french tips were also dip powder. Most nail salons I've been to will do the tips with gel polish, and it chips after just a couple of days.
