UPDATE: There is always one woman who acts with care and always explains any situation the way management should. At my next visit, she apologized on behalf of what happened (outlined below) and explained that my request was a system issue. This is the detail and customer service I had come to know from this business. She was very thorough, understanding, and apologized on behalf of what happened. I appreciated that.

I've been a customer for about 2 years now and can say from experience that this is the best cleaners I've ever used. Wonderful experience every time I go. Clothes are always clean, pressed, packaged and ready to go on time. The people that work there are the reason for the success and great service you get. The employee I believe named Ilse is an angel. Always sweet and professional. I strongly recommend them for your cleaning needs.
