Love the gym, however would love to know why I pay for 24 hour access but doors are Locked on 3:20am Monday morning. If members that actually opt to pay for 24 hour access, give them 24 hr access. Not everyone has normal 8am-5pm schedules.
New member since November and I quickly learned to love it. Always very clean. The GM(Lisette) is super nice always welcomes me with a smile. I take multiple classes with Jasmine every week. She’s AMAZING! I encourage you to join some of her classes.
I read the reviews just to see if it was was still 24hrs. The 24hr lack is sad. Because Club4 the brand promoted it and charges extra for it. For now several clubs not to have it available. This location in general has not always been the cleanest. And that’s been for years. I also am not a fan of how the GM replies to negative commentary. It’s not professional. The only reason I keep it is because of the locations in my hometown in Alabama.
