They are very knowledgeable, and great at what they do. I received no judgment from anyone in the office for the state of my teeth which is a huge deal for me. They worked with me to be able to afford a couple of the things I need to have done to get me out of pain and on the road to healthier teeth.
Dr. Putnam and Dr. Ulani are incredibly skilled and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Ariana was amazing as well, very attentive and reassuring. The entire team works seamlessly together to create a warm and professional environment. Jordan is also great at the front. He is always on top of everything. Also, the rest of the backroom staff do a great job with explaining financial options. Top notch service.
What can I say? This office is amazing! I went to one dentist for many years and when I moved to Grand Prairie, I was really nervous, but Aspen made it easy to feel welcomed and valued! If I miss one appointment, or two, the doctor, the x-ray techs, the financial team, even the reception team is always so funny and they always say “where were you?”. Shout out to the doctor( super nice and so knowledgeable !)and his manager because you guys got that the whole team all on the same page and I’m very impressed about that. love the personal touch that Aspen dental has here in Grand Prairie.
