Worst service ever. Called to have my daughter seen for covid and to get meds and they said there is nothing they can do for her. She needed something for bad sinuses and cough. And they couldn't provide that! Never going back... read full review

I received a bill saying I have a balance from my last 3 visits. I pay for my visits in full, out of pocket. There is no reason for me to have a balance. Even if I did have a balance why am I being informed nearly a year after my first remaining balance. This is super shady and doesn't seem legal at all.

I have been going here over 15 years and the new takeover by Wellmed is a joke. Waited 3 hours the other day in a freezing room and there was only 1 patient before me. Went yesterday to pick up blood work and had to wait 1 hour just for a print out. Had to throw a fit just to get 2 pieces of paper. I really liked the new Dr. but the nurses are a joke. I don't know what is going on but looks like I will be looking for a new Dr. Office. What a shame. I am 62 years old and never had to wait so long at a Dr.'s office. Ridiculous.
