Will Steed Homes built our home in 2018. I'm sure I did a review back in the day but that's not the purpose of this review. Oh, I could go on and on about the quality of build, work, and communications, etc but you can read all of that in the other reviews.

I want to make sure that readers understand what's under the hood of a Will Steed Home. After the build, after you move in, after all adjustments in fit and finish what you are left with is something that is difficult to describe with $$money$$. After interviewing several builders to take on our custom home project, we chose Will Steed Homes without hesitation. Upon first meeting, we were impressed with the transparent and well-organized process, guidance, attention to detail, and genuine care for our satisfaction which continued throughout the entire build. Will and his entire team are top notch and have exceptionally high standards. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work they put into building our gorgeous home. Thank you Will, Meri, Shane, Shawn, Mandi, and Michael! We absolutely love our home and highly recommend Will Steed Homes.

We hired Will Steed, owner of Will Steed Homes, Inc., to construct our home in Granbury, Texas. The construction of our home was not easy due to size, placement, and shape of our lot. I can’t express the gratitude we have for Will and his team. We already owned our lot and came to him with nothing but our dreams and ideas. He referred us to an architect and interior designer, and we were quickly introduced to his team. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with through the construction process. Everyone, including his subcontractors, handled themselves with the upmost professionalism. Will is very patient and kind, and his home building experience is immeasurable. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the customer service provided by all. We will definitely refer Will and his company to our friends and family!
