I was excited to start using this company a few years ago. However, they are not the same company, and I would not use them again. They are interested in pushing their maintenance agreement and if you have one of those, they want you to upgrade.The last two times they came out they would not quote individual prices for a fix. They are too expensive and in my opinion not reputable. I spent 500+ for a maintenance agreement that I will never use. They also have issues fielding calls and making appointments. There are much better choices for your repairs.
This company overcharges like no other900$ to fix one wire for burnt out wire that powers the heater?? It took 5 minutes to evaluate the situation and charge us 900$Glad we didn’t take it because this company is a spawn from Satan himselfDon’t get used people, watch what he does and ask yourself if the price really is worth it
Lightfoot Mechanical was very responsive and professional. They removed and replaced a sediment filter connected to a pressurized water tank. The filter had to be removed in pieces and took approximately 45 minutes.The plumber was here1 hour, 15 minutes. The bill totalled $485.00. In my opinion, a bit excessive for a filter change.
