“Thermostat quit at 10 pm. Called Bates. They had someone here by 9am the following morning to install a new thermostat. That one switched off due to clog in the drain line. They had to come back & replace the drain line to get it to work right. David & Donnie are awesome! You won’t go wrong hiring Bates to install or fix your a/c unit.“
