G&G electric and it’s employees did an amazing job at our house today. They were friendly and fast. They gave me a concise explanation of what they were going to do, and afterwards walked me through all the work they had accomplished. From the first phone call to the final billing I was happy with their service. Thank you so much!Services: Remodeling
This business is deserving of a 1,000 Star Review, not a simple 5-Star. We were in desperate need for a company to change out 8 smoke detectors in our home. My husband is quite ill and could not do it. I phoned and spoke to Tina who assured me that G&G Electric would schedule us in immediately and they did. She was so compassionate when I explained my husband no longer could do this. We had been no-showed by two other contractors but I knew the moment I spoke with Tina at G&G that this business would never no-show us. In fact, they did the opposite and fit us into their schedule for immediate service. Chris and Dwayne changed out the batteries in 8 smoke detectors. These two you want as your friends, not just contractors. They were so professional, friendly and fast. They had 8 smoke detectors changed out in minutes. The cost amount was beyond reasonable. I never expected the cost to be so low. Believe me, you must experience G&G Electric. We are now life-time customers. I cannot say enough good things about Tina, Chris and Dwayne. Thank you all so much for helping us in our time of need. We shall never forget it or forget you. Marie.
We purchased a new clothes dryer. Unfortunately, drying a load a clothes caused the electrical breaker to be tripped. I realized that the new dryer required a 30A breaker rather than a 20A. I installed a 30A, but was unsure of the wire gauge (10 is required for a 30A circuit). Chris and Tommy from G&G came out and both looked over the wiring and breaker and told me everything was fine. As the entire experience took less than 10 minutes, G&G did not charge me for the visit; certainly a welcomed experience. I was more than prepared to pay for a service call just to have the peace of mind about the dryer electrical hook-up. I do have other electrical work that needs to be done in the near future. I will certainly call G&G.
