Tammy, who is the office manager is great, very professional but very warm and friendly, I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Doug and Sandra, who work in the eye glass fitting department are amazing! So much customer service in today's world is cold and impersonal......not here! So helpful, gracious and kind, they are the epitome of what customer service should be! Even very busy, they treated each customer as if they were the only ones there. Last but not least, Dr. Samuel Moon......he is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and funny! Now how often now days do you find a Doctor with a sense of humor??? His caring and compassion for his patients is obvious and I feel very fortunate to have found such a Doctor to entrust with my horrid eyesight...lol. If you are in search for an Optometrist, look no further. And, plan to stick around for awhile after your appointment just to enjoy the warm professional ambiance they offer to their patients.“
