We had our plans priced out by 3 builders in Granbury in 2020, we ultimately decided on Chris Thomas homes for the following reasons:We received a clear and easy to understand price list with total breakdown with no hidden fees.Chris gave us a list of multiple homeowners and told us to feel free to call whoever we want & ask them about him and his company, and they were highly recommended by both people we contacted.We felt they offered more for the money and they paid attention to detail on our instructions and to throughout the build.Our site manager has been extremally helpful in helping us make decisions.They go above and beyond on everything.The quality is much better...read full review

The entire experience with Chris Thomas and his contractors was excellent. He stood behind his awesome work and finished in a timely manner. We couldn’t be more pleased . If we ever build again we will certainly use Chris Thomas.

Being from the upper Midwest and wanting to move South, we relocated to Granbury, TX. Not finding a home to purchase that suited our wants and needs, we turned to building, and were blessed to find Chris Thomas Custom Homes. Chris, and his staff, their team of subcontractors, the suppliers they used and referred us to, were professional and very empathetic to what we wanted. The quality, value, their commitment, and the attention to detail, met our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased in the choice we made. If we were to build another home, we would definitely select Chris Thomas Custom Homes for our next build.

My team of professionals and myself will work diligently to meet all the needs of the customer. With a no nonsense approach to solving problems, this is accomplished daily. I have also developed a reputation for getting the job done on time, within budget, and of the utmost quality. I personally take responsibility to ensure the customer’s satisfaction. I, personally, am at the job site regularly to make sure that everything is on schedule. Over the last 37 years I have built a firm relationship with my subcontractors, and continue to use the same ones year in and year out.
