I travel for work and just happen to spend a few weeks in this town, and this gym was just 5mins from my hotel. To get a membership was as easy as can be, and I was especially happy that they had a "one month" plan for people who are just passing thru as I was. They have everything you need. Plenty machines and single weights. Not a BIG gym but it's enough space to be comfortable. Would definitely recommend

First of all My husband and I love this gym. It's 24hrs, I never feel judged or inferior by other women walking in dressed like they're going to the strip club, or like they're going to the gym for guys attention. I think the rules of dress code are amazing. As a woman, that works out on the main floor, it doesn't matter what you wear, the men still look at you no matter what. I love that they have a separate room for women that are not very confident in their own skin. The only thing I would say to improve the gym is, I wish they had locker rooms and had group Zoomba or Night Club Cardio classes. They currently do not have any group classes.
