I went in for a haircut yesterday. The lady cutting my hair seemed really rushed and did not listen to me on how I wanted my hair layered, she cut my hair in one length. I paid extra for a blow dry and she did not blow dry my hair out straight like she had offered. I left with damp, frizzy hair. I called again today after styling my hair myself (in hopes that it would look better) to ask her to refund part of my money since I live an hour away and she was rude to me and refused.
