I recently bought a house, built in the 50's. Needless to say it needed some love before we were ready/able to move in. Monarch Built Homes came and gave me an estimate and honest consultation on what they thought really needed to be done and gave some suggestions on things that wouldn't hurt to get done. None of it felt pressured. I was given options on different ways to have the work done. My floor joists needed to be replaced and the subfloor. They cut out the subfloor, replaced the joists, leveled my house & replaced the subfloor. Then they installed all the flooring and baseboards and trim. Monarch built homes was definitely a great choice for our roofing experience. From the beginning timely quote to the completion of our high quality and attractive roof, we were so pleased. As everyone knows, it can be a challenge finding experienced, professional, dependable and efficient contractors .
