I recently bought a house, built in the 50's. Needless to say it needed some love before we were ready/able to move in. Monarch Built Homes came and gave me an estimate and honest consultation on what they thought really needed to be done and gave some suggestions on things that wouldn't hurt to get done. None of it felt pressured. I was given options on different ways to have the work done. My floor joists needed to be replaced and the subfloor. They cut out the subfloor, replaced the joists, leveled my house & replaced the subfloor. Then they installed all the flooring and baseboards and trim. They also helped decide on what paint would look best and we even went with their suggestion! Monarch also helped me dig up my sewer line to find a suspected leak. On top of all this they built me a custom hand made vanity for my bathroom with countertop! As a company they were nothing less than stellar and very professional. The estimate was spot on with what I paid. I've referred them to friends and family! I will call them again if I'm ever in need of anything else!

Monarch built homes was definitely a great choice for our roofing experience. From the beginning timely quote to the completion of our high quality and attractive roof, we were so pleased. As everyone knows, it can be a challenge finding experienced, professional, dependable and efficient contractors . This team is all of that and they produce a great product while inspiring trust and comfort. Bonus! They left our place spotless and not one nail on the ground. ????
