Had my tank pumped by another company in the area. They didn't do a proper job and i noticed that my light came on after. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out.
I called liberty city and spoke to Beth. She was so kind. She walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone. The light is now off and they didnt charge me anything to help me out.
100% would recommend this company and will be using them going forward.
Eddie Langley is the BEST! He diagnosed the issue after diligently trying everything possible. He never gave up! I called the office on Sunday and left a message. Beth Langley called us before 8:00 am! Eddie and Beth are true professionals!
Liberty City Septic took over the contract on my home in 2022 and they have not disappointed. They are very professional. Oliver is very respectful and always takes the time to explain what is going on and gives you a price before any work is completed. I will refer them and continue to call them for any work I need done!!
