I walked in with only a vague idea of what I wanted and a couple pictures I liked and she went above and beyond to modify it to a style and cut that perfectly suited and complemented my hair type and wishes, and personality. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient while we discussed my options to make sure it would be perfect before she ever started cutting. I was extremely nervous about making such a drastic change when I walked in the door but I'm amazed by the transformation she made.
