Management is very poor. I called the office but could not get hold of management. I went to office but still could not get hold of management. N the clerk Sarah said, they have 3 managers. LolHow funny. What are these 3 managers doing. Could not get hold in phone or could not get hold in office. N I drove all the way from longview to their Gilmer office.Office looks like storage . Doesnot have sign nor direction.Poor visual.No bannerNo signNo managersPoor service .They charged me way too more for one service

I cannot comment on the quality of there bug fighting skills as I was no able to see it in action. I had an initial appointment for 3:00pm on a Monday. I work the nightshift, and had called my boss to move my start time around to accommodate this time. My brother needed help to build a fence during the day to which I refused. I waited until 3:40 pm, and no one had showed up. I called and they said that the person who was supposed to show up was delayed. I would have been ok with that , had they called me 40 min prior. I have canceled my service, and will find someone else who doesn't want to waste my time.

The guy that came out was super nice and knowledgeable. Gave us some good pointers and did a excellent job, the carpenter ant problem we had was taken care of and I will definitely use them from here out!
