My Dog-baby I loved in my late teens to early thirties was relieved of her duties with this veterinarian. It was so difficult for me to pick her up, I had to send my husband. The kindness and care I have gotten from Doc and his staff has been insurmountable. I’ve had challenges- I haven’t been the best caretaker of my creatures (the economy hasn’t treated me kindly) but he still loves and cares for my animals, gives me options, and does his darndest to ensure they feel better as the end result.
I love this vet. He and his staff will always be worth their weight in gold.
I really don't like sharing the best kept secrets, but animals and dogs are my passion, so when you find a place that has it all, you just have to holler from the roof tops. Dr. Kalmbach and his staff so graciously worked us in a couple of Saturdays ago when we were denied by the other clinic in town and directed to go to the emergency vet and/or Texas A&M. We were visiting from our of town, and as a long time non-profit animal rescue transport driver/foster and agent, knew this wasn't an emergency visit, as I have absorbed information and knowledge through active engagement and understanding over the years.
