Awful. I'm sorry to leave a negative review for any business. I don't know why I ignored these other negative reviews. Location I guess. It was just more convenient. When I pulled up the sign in the window said "under new management", so I thought, "Oh see! New managers. Those bad reviews were probably old." Wrong! I took my son's brand new suit and one tie. He's only worn it about 4 times and had asked me if I would have it cleaned. It smelled fine, just maybe had some teenage boy food debris, but nothing obviously visible. I should've read the reviews before trying this place. I brought in a pair of black dress pants that had gold buttons on as decoration on the front. No one said anything about it possibly staining the fabric. When I picked them up, the pants had been stained and I refused to take them. After 4 more attempts to clean them, and fake promises to have the owner call and discuss, I've decided to move on and learn from this. I do NOT recommend this place.
