I’ve been to this store three times, and each time I’ve had problems with the staff.
I held back the first two times — once, a salesperson rudely told me that I looked terrible, and another time, one just ignored me when I politely asked for help several times, preferring instead to chat with her friend.
But today, I left feeling really upset. I wanted to pick out a foundation and asked for help. I have severe acne on my face. Without asking me what I was looking for, the salesperson just applied a random foundation that didn’t even match my skin tone, said it was “perfect,” and walked away. Absolutely pleased with the customer service from Dianne!! BEST service I have received from any Ulta I have been too. She was awesome and so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She helped me find my perfect match of foundation and concealer. She deserves all the recognition and praise! Thanks again so much! :))
I visited this store a few weeks ago and was pleasantly helped by Damya, she is the most integral associate I've ever met at Ulta hands down! I was very grateful to meet someone that has similar views on skincare (specifically sunscreen 😉)
