Adam was the absolute best. We’ve had plumbers from two other companies out who dismissed our issue as something entirely incorrect. Within minutes of being here, Adam correctly identified the problem and fixed it. If we have a future plumbing issue I will absolutely be requesting him.
Had an unexpected issue and Roto Rooter was able to come out and quickly fix the issue. Adam was super friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and put everything back together, which was greatly appreciated!
Roto Rooter was great. Called that morning and Adam got out here within the hour. Adam was very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. Even got me scheduled to have a snake camera come out the same day. 6 month warranty on the service made me feel comfortable knowing the work was good.
