Our system stopped working a few weeks ago. After having it evaluated by Roger and another company, we decided because of the systems age (17 years) and the estimated repair cost that replacement was the best option. We obtained bids from four contractors (including Roger) for multiple systems. After reviewing all of the quotes, we decided to go with one from Roger. His bid was competitive with those from other contractors plus he was very responsive to requests for additional information.
