“I can't thank Jose enough for his and his assistants grooming on Sasha, my standard Doodle. She is 75% Poodle so she looks more Poodle than Retriever. Finally after months of having other groomers, Sasha was enthralled with Jose's touch, kindness. She was good and both him and his assistant where here for some time to make sure she had the proper grooming, spa treatment. I can't say enough good things about them. If I could give 10 Stars for their Grooming service I would. It's mobile grooming at it's finest. Reasonable, thank you Jose. Finally I have the cream of the crop Groomer for my Standard 57 lb dog, she loves you both. I encourage anyone small are large dog to give Jose a call at 737-444-1950. “When we booked our dogs’ stay, we imagined they’d be living it up, romping around with their new furry friends all day long. But to our surprise, they only get a max of 2 hours of playtime during a 24-hour stay! If you want them to have more time than that then you have to pay an additional fee on top of the $56/ night base price. The rest of the time, they’re cozied up in their kennels. Honestly, I think the dogs at the humane society might be getting more action than this.<br><br>We’ve noticed that the play areas are mostly empty whenever we check in—whether we’re peeking on camera or visiting in person. With 100+ dogs supposedly booked at any given time (something the staff often reminds us of), you’d think those play areas would be buzzing with happy pups. But sadly, that’s just not what we see.<br>The staff has always been friendly, but based on our experience, we won’t be returning or recommending this franchise to others. We were hoping for a more active, fun-filled stay for our dogs, and this just didn’t cut it.“
