They are animal whisperers! The proof comes directly from my pups themselves. When I take them there, they run to the front door and eagerly await its opening. They are so happy to see the Danks. And when I pick them up, while they're very excited to see me, they're not really eager to leave. Finally, and most telling, when we are all back home, they behave in a more contented and polite manner than they did before I left them with Doug and Kit. Wow! “When we booked our dogs’ stay, we imagined they’d be living it up, romping around with their new furry friends all day long. But to our surprise, they only get a max of 2 hours of playtime during a 24-hour stay! If you want them to have more time than that then you have to pay an additional fee on top of the $56/ night base price. The rest of the time, they’re cozied up in their kennels. Honestly, I think the dogs at the humane society might be getting more action than this.

We’ve noticed that the play areas are mostly empty whenever we check in—whether we’re peeking on camera or visiting in person. With 100+ dogs supposedly booked at any given time (something the staff often reminds us of), you’d think those play areas would be buzzing with happy pups. But sadly, that’s just not what we see.
The staff has always been friendly, but based on our experience, we won’t be returning or recommending this franchise to others. We were hoping for a more active, fun-filled stay for our dogs, and this just didn’t cut it.“
