Have a health questions in between visits? Contact us. Send us a note. Text us. With DPC, we spend much less time on paperwork, and more time on you, our members. We are then able to make our membership very affordable. We strive to remove any barriers to access to care. We offer limited courtesy memberships for patients with original Medicare, and certain insurance plans that we are still in network with.
