Tracie Brown is not good at all. My mom and I got our hair cuts by her for two years. She didn't know the proper way to take care of curly hair, misspelled my mom's name multiple times, and was very rude when my mom expressed her disappointment with her cut. We had many people comment on how bad of a cut my mom got. Terrible customer service. Was pompous, self righteous, was not personable at all. She did not try to rectify the situation she was just all out rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely loved Cherub! She was recommended to us by neighbors. My daughter and I went in today and we loved our haircuts! She was kind and definitely knows what she is doing. She was great with my 6 year old. She listened, and cuts your hair depending on your hair type. We feel like a million bucks! Thank you so much Cherub!! We will definitely be coming back!
