Excellent! Dr. Birkmann gave me the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. He listened to my issues with contacts and put me in a new kind that already feels amazing. The whole experience was great, staff and doctor. Thank you for incredible customer service!
Everyone was warm, friendly and courteous. Dr Mike was professional, thorough, and a joy to work with during my eye exam. He doubled checked my prescription from another clinic to ensure accuracy and my comfort. I will continue using this clinic.
I have used Georgetown Vision center for years and recently needed to replace by glasses. Bertha was fantastic and the rest of the staff were supportive by double checking measurements to ensure accuracy of the prescription.
