I love coming to see everyone here for my annual appt! Always super friendly and helpful. They also use lots of great tech to make sure my eyes are healthy in addition to taking care of my vision needs.

Amy at Bristol Eyecare was wonderful when I came to the office with my glasses problems. She was so compassionate and knowledgable and though it did take her a while because of the problem I came to her with, she brought them back to life and they worked perfectly. I think this second half of the buying process at any Eye business is also very important for the client. There's no way I would have taken them to Visionworks, etc. Thank you so much, Amy. When I think of great care and expertise, I think of you! You are Unmatched.

Wanted to update my review and express my sincere thank you to Bristol Family Eyecare. Last year I came in for my annual shortly after my childhood cat Tofu passed away. During my exam. I started crying and apologized for the delay in the appointment. They assured me that everything was fine and my visit went well. A few days later I received a card in my home mail box from them expressing their condolences for my loss, signed by all the staff. I was touched. They truly care about their patients. As a healthcare provider myself, I was very impressed. I no longer live in the area so I cannot get my eye exams here. but I will always remember this act of kindness.
