Express sent Wayne out to do a routine service to our two units but I had noticed our fan motor bearing going out and it gave out just before he arrived so lucky timing. He was able get one and install it within an hour and had it running

Express HVAC came to service my AC units and did a great job. The tech found an issue and fixed it without gouging my eyes out with a cost. Was simple and included with the visit. Usually ac companys will try but not this one!

Tim and Wayne are always reliable and, as usual, responded immediately and fixed the issue in timely manner - i would definitely recommend an annual maintenance plan from this company.
