Came out to service my daughter's mini split system that stop working after last the freeze. They were very professional and give me excellent information for the future. Since this is our first winter in Texas. I appreciate any help I can get.

We recently purchased an older house, when we did the AC system was pretty much defunct. We called CTR at the recommendation of our daughter. Let me just say even from the start, they were amazing! Very polite and courteous. They evaluated the system, made a recommendation. We purchased and they installed a new AC unit and air handler.
