He kept us in the loop every step of the way, giving us a heads-up on contractor arrival times and walking us through every phase of the project. We never once felt rushed during our conversations with him. He made sure all our questions were answered and always took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with what was happening.

“We had a leak from the toilet because of an improper flange installation 2 years ago. Water seeped under the tile into the wall rotting out the baseboard and resulting in mold within the wall.I was referred to Capitol Renovations by a plumber. I contacted Fred who came to the house, assessed the problem, and got right to work. He was honest and answered all questions with common sense solutions.He fixed the baseboard and mitigated the mold. We are very satisfied with his work and reasonable charges.
