Truitt, Carli, Ruben and crew did a great job repairing my floors carpets baseboards and walls following water damage from July floods/rains, after initial clean up by a connected company. While my damage was small in comparison of so many, it was still disruptive destructive to my home and I can’t say enough of how well the Colony team took such great care of my house, getting it back in shape. Highly recommend!

After several builders had messed up our new construction home, John and his team agreed to come in and make repairs and finish the construction. What John’s team did in a few months far exceeded the previous contractors 3 years of attempts. Colony came in on budget with no surprise add-ons. The quality of his work was a testament to his attention to detail. Our Master stair case was a wreck. His team tore out what the previous builders did and replaced the stairs. What was an eye sore is now a center point of beauty in our home.
