I like this place, great personalities and service! Dentist was very nice, calming and gentle!
I don’t like going to the dentist but they were ok.
Didn’t really want to “not” recommend…since I have always drawn bad service…my curse…other people my be more fortunate My story: Hopefully someone really sees this… Really need to coordinate your scheduling to what procedures are being done a whole lot better… Went for my first dental visit in over 20 years…and a plan of action was proposed on my first appointment. Needed some teeth removed and get some partials made. I don’t know y’all’s procedures, but appointments were made for making molds, fittings of new partials, delivery of new partials, and cleaning…none for oral surgery of teeth removal at this time. 2nd appointment: Was to have molds made for my new partials, which were made by a dental assistant. 3rd appointment: Ended up having the dentist make new molds “again” for my new partials…which I thought was an appointment for my new partials first fitting. I questioned the teeth removal to the dentist, she was surprised it hadn’t been done, she handed me to your scheduler and scheduled for the oral surgeon. The scheduler and I worked out a date, which she adamantly kept telling me we had to pick a date when the surgeon would be at that location. I told her I was willing to go to his office, but she again said it would have to be a day the oral surgeon came there only. I asked the scheduler and receptionist wouldn’t have made more sense to have had the teeth removal prior to mold casting and partial fitting. Response was, “They leave space.” 4th appointment: I show up for oral surgery only to find out that I had been scheduled at a different location…time was too short to drive to the new location to make the appointment. The receptionist helped me reschedule for the oral surgery along with having to reschedule my original appointment for what should have been new partial delivery. In fact we rescheduled for partial delivery as the early appointment and oral surgery an hour and a half later that same day. Day before my 5th appointment: Actually got a call from y’all to confirm the next day’s appointments. At this time I asked what should I do to prep for the oral surgery since I was gonna be under general anesthesia…no eating or drinking 8 hours prior to surgery I was told. Would you believe I showed up at my prior 4th appointment on a full stomach since I never got a call to confirm and be adviced on surgery prep. That would not have been a great outcome. 5th Appointment 10am: This was for partials delivery, which they had ready. They tried to fit my upper partial but quickly noticed to two sets of broken teeth roots in the way. That put an end to that…asked the Dentist if the bottom partial was ready and it was shown to me ready to go…only problem was that the tooth that needed removal on my bottom was still there… 6th Appointment 11:30 that same day: After an hour and a half wait, finally got it at 1:00 pm. Awesome Oral Surgeon…GIG’EM AGGIES!! Very professional and took time to put me at ease and explain all procedures. All went well and recovering. Final notes: Nothing was brought up about rescheduling new partial fittings and delivery… OH…2 and a half months after starting this journey I am scheduled for my teeth cleaning…. Wouldn’t it have been the best thing to schedule first prior to everything else… I am a person which has definitely had my “short patience” tested.
