Beware of this Company/people Dishonest Frauds. March 18,2023 Hired them to replace coils. They cut my drain line inside unit that dropped thru floor that was attached to a condensation pipe ,then let it drop underneath my mobile home then put in another really small one that stopped at floor level only. They never went underneath and put any condensation line by back. I found what was my drain and condensation line laying on the ground in a mud hole that's formed on the ground on June 20th.Now with this hot weather I have condensation build up( the drain is right above the vent that is attached to unit) water is dripping on vent, plumbing pipes, propane line,water... read full review

I should've read the reviews before booking an appointment. They confirmed an appointment with my business, I waited all day for them.. they messaged me 1 minute because my window and told me a tech will not be coming... Highly unprofessional and do not recommend.

Honestly, the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They replaced my unit in September and have had to come out three times since for one reason or another. They took 14 days to get in a new blower to replace the one that they had just installed three weeks earlier and we were without A/C that entire time. They scheduled the service earlier only to cancel and claim they had to re-order the part multiple times. Immediately following their install of a new blower, the unit began leaking and caused severe water damage to my home.
