Came home from work Friday nite and no air. Called Campbell Appliance and they sent someone out that nite and had someone out the very next day to replace my air conditioner. Everyone from the start to the finish were all super helpful.

I had a new compressor placed in an outdoor ice maker. The repairman was knowledgeable and fast but 3 1/2 months later the compressor weld popped and spewed smoke while I was standing there. Two weeks after their 90 day warranty expired! I called and they only offered to help me at full price. So I paid $600 for an ice maker to work for 14 weeks.

We had a lot of trouble with scheduling. We called in advance and scheduled an appointment on Monday. They said they would call on Monday morning between 8-9 to advise on the time the technician would arrive. When they didn't call I called them to find they did not have my request. They rescheduled us for Thursday and the exact same thing happened again. Since my time was being wasted for a second time, I felt this was very poor customer service. The good: When the tech arrived, he was professional, quick and proficient. He diagnosed the problem, but had to order a part. A week later, we then repeated the process again in paragraph one to get someone to come install the part. Again, once the tech arrived our experience was good and he solved the problem. If you use these guys, don't wait for them to call you between 8-9 am, just call them first. I'm still looking for a great appliance repair experience.
