I had a really good experience at this clinical office. Dr. Phillips shows her knowledge of your symptoms and the meds she provides to me. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Phillips and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for your awesome care and services.
I have gone through alot of my doctors through my days and I haven't found one like Frank Betanski, III..he sits there and makes me feel like I'm in control of my health, he explains with bloodwork and and numbers on what to look for. He always helps me feel confident that I will be ok. I wouldent really want another doctor I really do appreciate hi.
From the front desk receptionist, to the person on the phone who helped address my questions while we were on the phone, (Her name was Mandi sp?) Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I know stress mgmt must be difficult to maintain in the medical field while maintaining a sense of compassion and not losing your mind to rude people, but the folks here were able to accomplish it! Its so important to feel like a human and not a number and frankly it is rare to ever be treated with kindness at medical facilities rather than feel rushed.
