Another company recently did a sub-standard job on my new asphalt shingle roof. As my concerns started to add up, and I began going back and forth with the contractor; I decided to call around to other companies in Marble Falls to see if someone would be willing to give me a second opinion. Apex responded first and offered to come out free of charge. Adam Murrell and his associate went up on my roof today and found a few more issues that I didn't even notice. He gave me a lot of time and solid advice. My impression is that Apex is a company of integrity and I am grateful for their help in this situation.

Saw a cpl. Bad shingles while blowing out my gutters. Called apex’s office, she had me send the pictures to Nathan he came out very quickly and had it repaired in less than 45 minutes. Their whole crew is just amazing. I would highly recommend them

You can tell a lot about a business by how it takes care of its problems. We contracted with Apex roofing in January to fix a leak in our roof. They repaired the leak. However, months later the manner in which it was repaired was questioned (although the leak was 100% fixed). Apex came back out and agreed the previous crew repaired it in a non-standard way. I think it takes a good company to admit their own people could have done better, apologize, then re-do the job in a manner that's more standard.
