I highly recommend Airrosti. I've dealt with sciatica pain most of my life and sought treatment for pelvic floor strength. Dr. Frederickson and Kaitlyn are a fantastic duo. The main reason I recommend Airrosti is that they get you back to functioning quickly. They provide exercises to help you continue living pain-free. This type of treatment is much shorter than what I've experienced with PT or other therapies.

The main thing I loved about Dr. Matthys was his honesty -- He said from the beginning (and I knew) that my problem was not "fixable." But he did think that he could help make it more "bearable." I now have greater range of motion with less pain; and I have a plan of exercise, along with instructions for regular icing, that is helping me maintain the progress that we made. That is so much more than I had before I visited Airrosti, and I truly thank him for that!
