I recently had the pleasure of working with Action Roofing, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Jacob, our salesman, was an absolute delight to work with. He made the entire process effortless and efficient. His patience and responsiveness truly set the tone for the entire project. I definitely recommend Action Roofing. The process started with a free estimate, but it went way beyond that. Nick was extremely patient with us, answering tons of questions we had about the whole process, putting our concerns at ease. They went out of their way to help us decide on brand and color options, even so far as to put a sample color on the roof so we could better imagine how it would look. They took great care to keep the mess to a minimum, including covering A/C units, our pool, and pool equipment with tarps to keep them safe from debris. Good morning. Wow! Where do I start? Well being a homeowner can bring challenges especially when there has been damage to your home due to weather. I know it was the divine intervention of God that sent Jacob and the entire team of Action Roofing and construction my way. I can’t begin to explain the professionalism care and concern this team provided me. Jake, omg! So amazing! He is the total package of care concern experience and professional in his skill and gift.
